The Boselli Foundation staff, local Jacksonville celebrity participants, local dance professionals, event sponsors and vendors, ASA members, family and friends joined together to kick off the Boselli Dancing with the Stars gala event to be held on May 1, 2010.

Candy Hodgkins, Director of the Boselli Foundation, addressed the attendees with an exciting message about the Boselli Foundation's mission and vision for the youth of Jacksonville. Tony Boselli, Co-Founder of the Boselli Foundation, passionately spoke about the Boselli Foundations positive impact on the lives of Jacksonville-based children and how he and his wife, Angi, want to help at need children become champions at home, school and in the community.

Chris Thomas, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of A Social Affair Dance Studios, introduced all of the Boselli stars with their professional dance partners to the attendees of the event and then the crowd was entertained with two spotlight dance performances. Barbara Miller, past DWTS star and her professional partner, David Kirk, danced a Rumba and a Waltz was then performed by Candy Hodgkins and her current partner Andrew Granovski.

The Boselli DWTS Meet & Greet also launched the Boselli Dancing with the Stars website and fundraising efforts for the Boselli Foundation.
